Why have quite some trains on line 10 been cancelled recently?

Since recently some trains have been cancelled on line 10, DP MP André Bauler wanted to know what the reason was.

Den Zuch IC 15305 vu 7.16 Auer vun Ettelbréck an d‘Stad ass an de leschten Deeg e puer mol hannereneen annuléiert ginn. De Frust bei deene Leit, déi op dësen Zuch ugewise sinn fir op d’Aarbecht, an d’Schoul oder soss e Rendez-vous ze fueren, ass verständlecherweis grouss.

An deem Kader wollt ech dem Här Minister fir Mobilitéit an ëffentlech Aarbechten folgend Froe stellen:

  • Gëtt et aktuell infrastrukturell Problemer op der Linn 10 tëscht Ettelbréck a Lëtzebuerg? Hunn déi Problemer eppes mam Kautebaacher Tunnel deen aktuell zou ass ze dinn?
  • Huet d‘CFL de Minister driwwer informéiert ob et Problemer beim Materiel roulant gëtt? Wa jo, wat war genee d’Ursaach am präzise Fall vum IC 15305?“

Answer

De 19. an den 20. September 2022 ass effektiv d’Faart vum Zuch IC 15305 tëschent Ettelbréck an der Stad ausgefall. Dës Ausfäll waren awer weder op infrastrukturell Problemer am Zesummenhang mam Äerdrutsch am Tunnel Schieburg, nach op Problemer beim Material zeréckzeféieren.

De 19.

Gréisser Retarden a Suppressioune vun enger Rei vun Zich ware bedauerlecherweis d’Konsequenzen.

Den 20. September 2022, huet dësen Zuch misste suppriméiert ginn, wéinst enger kuerzfristeger Krankmeldung vum SNCB-Lokféierer, dee fir dësen Zuch ageplangt war. Duerch dee kuerzen Délai, war et der SNCB leider net méi méiglech fir ee Remplaçant fir dësen Zuch anzesetzen.

Zënter dem 21. September 2022 ass dësen Zuch awer all Dag gefuer.

A healthy and balanced diet has been proven to contribute to a better healing process and reduce the risk of complications. More legal certainty before the labour court?

If a staff representative has been suspended due to serious misconduct, an employer can request that the employment relationship be terminated in court, e.g. via a counterclaim. However, DP MPs Corinne Cahen and Carole Hartmann were informed that the President of the Labour Court repeatedly rejects these applications. This leads to problems in the enforcement of labour law and to legal and financial difficulties for the employer. The DP MPs therefore wanted to know from the Minister of Labour how he interprets the relevant paragraph in the Labour Code, whether the rejection of the counterclaim by the President of the Labour Court is in accordance with the law and whether more legal certainty should be provided.
