What will the ministry’s announced taxi platform look like?

The mobility minister recently announced the creation of a platform similar to Uber's. DP MP Max Hahn asked what the platform should look like and when it should be operational.

Answer

D’Iddi vun enger Plattform, déi änlech wéi Uber oder aner vergläichbar Ubidder funktionéiere soll baséiert sech op engem aktuelle Manktem vun Transparenz bei der Offer an de Präisser wéi och d’Garantéiere vum Anhale vun den Aarbechtsgesetzgebung an de sozialen Standarden am Secteur. Ausserdem sollen déi zwee Type vun Servicer, d’Taxien an VLCen (voiture de location avec chauffeur) zu engem eenzegen Regime zesumme gefouert ginn. Februar 2022 iwwert de lokalen bezuelten Passagéiertransport eraus ginn huet, fir dës Servicer an Europa méi eenheetlech ze regelen a fir Abusen ze ënnerbannen.

Wéi genee esou eng Plattform lo kéint ausgesinn a wat déi genee Modalitéiten sinn, soll an deenen nächste Wochen an engem Aarbechtsgrupp zesumme mat den Acteuren aus dem Secteur ausgeschafft ginn.

A healthy and balanced diet has been proven to contribute to a better healing process and reduce the risk of complications. More legal certainty before the labour court?

If a staff representative has been suspended due to serious misconduct, an employer can request that the employment relationship be terminated in court, e.g. via a counterclaim. However, DP MPs Corinne Cahen and Carole Hartmann were informed that the President of the Labour Court repeatedly rejects these applications. This leads to problems in the enforcement of labour law and to legal and financial difficulties for the employer. The DP MPs therefore wanted to know from the Minister of Labour how he interprets the relevant paragraph in the Labour Code, whether the rejection of the counterclaim by the President of the Labour Court is in accordance with the law and whether more legal certainty should be provided.
