What is planned to accelerate procedures regarding renewable energies projects?

DP MPs Max Hahn and Claude Lamberty wanted to know how the government plans to accelerate procedures regarding renewable energies projects.

„Als Reaktioun op de Krich an der Ukraine an opgrond vun den héijen Energiepräisser, déi doduerch bedéngt sinn, huet de Rot vun der Europäescher Unioun den 22. Dezember 2022 e Reglement ugeholl, dat den Ausbau vun den erneierbaren Energien däitlech beschleunege soll.

Zu deem Zweck ginn d’Prozeduren op kommunalem Niveau fir eng bestëmmten Zäit adaptéiert, andeems konkret zäitlech Virgaben fir d’Ausstelle vu Baugeneemegunge virgi ginn. D’Gemengen hunn deemno zukünfteg ee Mount Zäit fir eng Baugeneemegung fir eng PV-Anlag ze ginn, falls dee Mount iwwerschratt ass, gëllt de Prinzip vum „Accord tacite“, d.h. d’Demande ass automatesch accordéiert.

Beim Ausbau vun den erneierbaren Energien sinn allerdéngs och déi staatlech Verwaltunge betraff fir Autorisatiounen ze ginn.

An deem Kader wollte mir der Madamm Ministesch fir Ëmwelt, Klima an nohalteg Entwécklung an dem Här Minister fir Energie folgend Froe stellen:

  • Wéi eng Efforten huet d’Regierung bis elo ënnerholl, fir d’Prozeduren am Kader vum Ausbau vun den erneierbaren Energien konkret ze beschleunegen?
  • Kann d’Regierung soen, wou dat gréisst Potenzial fir eng Beschleunegung vun de Prozedure besteet?
  • Falls net, huet d’Regierung wëlles, eng detailléiert Analys vun alle Prozeduren um Niveau vun de staatleche Verwaltungen ze maachen, fir erauszefannen wéi eng Prozedure beschleunegt kënne ginn?
  • Gesäit d’Regierung vir, bei verschiddene Prozeduren am Kader vum Ausbau vun den erneierbaren Energien de Prinzip vum „Accord tacite“ anzeféieren? Wa jo, wéi eng Prozedure wieren dat?
  • Huet d’Regierung wëlles, sech eng Maximaldauer ze ginn, z.B. 6 Méint, fir all déi néideg Autorisatioune fir z.B. e Projet vun enger Wandanlag auszestellen?“

What is the quality of the food in our hospitals?

A healthy and balanced diet has been proven to contribute to a better healing process and reduce the risk of complications. More legal certainty before the labour court?

If a staff representative has been suspended due to serious misconduct, an employer can request that the employment relationship be terminated in court, e.g. via a counterclaim. However, DP MPs Corinne Cahen and Carole Hartmann were informed that the President of the Labour Court repeatedly rejects these applications. This leads to problems in the enforcement of labour law and to legal and financial difficulties for the employer. The DP MPs therefore wanted to know from the Minister of Labour how he interprets the relevant paragraph in the Labour Code, whether the rejection of the counterclaim by the President of the Labour Court is in accordance with the law and whether more legal certainty should be provided.
