Cynthia Gansäuer, 41 years old, works as a bank employee and has been living in Conter for 5 years.
I am married and have two daughters. I am involved in school projects because education and child care are important to me. I also believe that climate protection is crucial for our children, and it starts with good local governance.
I come from Germany, from the Middle Rhine, from the town of towers and wine. I am married and have two wonderful daughters. I studied personnel management and work in the HR department of a bank, with a focus on recruitment. It is always exciting to meet different people and see where they come from, what drives them, and what motivates them in their daily lives.
In my free time, I do yoga and go diving. When I’m not doing the downward dog or searching for my scuba gear, I also volunteer and visit primary schools for the “Our Community” program.
I believe that childcare and education are very important for a functioning society. Even with my daughters, environmental protection is a daily topic in our home, and I believe that a lot can happen, and influence can be exerted at the municipal level. As a German in Luxembourg, I consider integration and coexistence to be essential aspects of building a culture where everyone feels welcome and heard.
